Preferential Policies for
the Investors in the New and High Technology Industrial Zone
in Changde
According to the No.6 document of local government in 2000,the
municipal government of Changde stipulates the following preferential
policies for the investment in the new and hi-tech industrial
zone.
I. Land for free. The government offers investors the land
for free in the new and hi-tech industrial zone with the 40-year
management right. Investors are not allowed to transfer, lease
and mortgage the land. The government has the right to take
back the land for free if the enterprises are moved away,
dismissed or bankrupted.
II. Administrative fees for free. The enterprises are charged
free for the administrative fees if they are under setting
up or in the process of dealing with business.
III. Refund of all the income taxes. Income taxes of the
enterprises will be totally refunded in first season of the
next year according to the collection of revenue departments.
IV. Rewards for the person who makes great contributions
to the introduction of investors. According to the No.26 document
of the government, the person who succeeds in introducing
investors into the new and hi-tech industrial zone will be
granted 1% the fund of the investment as a reward.
V. In addition to the above, investors in the new and hi-tech
industrial zone also enjoy the preferential treatments stipulated
in the No.6 document of Changde municipal government in 2000
and other related preferences.
